We will provide over the phone assistance for computers, laptops, printers, and other technology via phone call. One of our technicians will guide you step by step to resolve the issue. If necessary, and with your permission, we can initiate a remote connection to your device to offer more effective support.

Common Support Issues Examples:

  • Malware/Virus infection causing popups

  • Device is running slow/sluggish

  • Hardware/Software errors

  • Printer(s) not connecting

Remote Support Liability Policy:

By requesting and accepting remote computer support services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Limited Liability – We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unintended system changes that may occur during or after troubleshooting. You are encouraged to back up your important files before service begins.

User Responsibility – While we provide step-by-step guidance, it is your responsibility to correctly follow instructions. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect execution of troubleshooting steps.

Remote Access Agreement – If remote access is granted, we will make every effort to resolve the issue efficiently. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen consequences, including hardware failure or software incompatibilities.

No Guarantee of Resolution – We strive to resolve technical issues, but we do not guarantee that all problems can be fixed remotely. Some issues may require additional professional intervention.

Billing & Refunds – All remote support sessions are subject to the agreed service fees. Refunds will not be issued for cases where troubleshooting is unsuccessful or if the issue requires more than remote support to be resolved. Nor will refunds or discounts be issued in the event that the issue is resolved in less than 30 minutes.

Privacy & Security – We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your data and privacy during remote support sessions. However, we are not responsible for third-party security vulnerabilities or existing issues on your system.
